Your details.
Your choice.
This page explains how the FAITH2820 One Million Lamps initiative uses information submitted through this site.
What we collect
Your email address, optional first name, signup choice, and any nonbinding pledge amount. We also record when you consented, the wording of that consent, and a campaign source if one is included in the page link.
Why we collect it
To build the One Million Lamps supporter community, understand expressions of interest, and contact consenting subscribers about progress and future giving opportunities. This site does not collect payments or issue donation receipts. A pledge is an expression of interest, with no obligation to give.
How your information is used
Your signup is stored in the initiative’s database and is not displayed publicly. It is used for this initiative, not sold as a mailing list. Hosting and future email delivery services may process information needed to provide those services.
Manage or remove your signup
After a new signup, the success message provides a private management link. Save that link: it lets you unsubscribe and withdraw your pledge, or permanently remove your signup. It gives access to your preferences, so keep it private. No confirmation email is sent at this stage.
If you unsubscribe, your address is retained as unsubscribed so it can be excluded from updates. If you choose to remove your signup, the record is deleted from the active database. Routine hosting backups may retain copies temporarily.
Email updates
This site collects your permission to receive initiative updates. It does not send email yet. When updates begin, messages will include an unsubscribe option.
